Mas Basico Hotel - Veracruz

Clean, hip new hotel with an excellent location in the middle of Jackson. Affable staff always on hand. - Recently renovated and reasonably spacious rooms come with comfy beds. - Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Place was nice looking, really enjoyed the stay.

Our experience here was great. Everything was good, clean hotel, magnificent location in the middle of jackson. The breakfast was good with a lot of meals. The rooms were newly renovated and we could park on site. Location: the property was right by historical center, a main avenue, and the beachfront: )

Location near to a main avenue and the center and the beachfront. Good breakfast with plenty of food, very very helpful staff. Nice pool, parking on site.

The pool area is nice and the bed in the room is comfy, with climate control, TV, and a dining area, plus it's in a great location right by the beach.

The facilities were spotless, staff were understanding and moved us to a quieter room, the restaurant served delicious food, and the location felt safe and convenient.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

The hotel's design is unique, and the beds are comfortable. the cafe serves nice meals and coffee, and getting to the Old Town is easy by a 40-min walk or a taxi ride. the shower water is great, and the pool area is lovely to relax.

The lack of refrigerators in the rooms can be frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, allowing us to easily access our car whenever we needed. The location was perfect, situated between the historical center and boca del rio, making it convenient to explore both areas. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The beds were super comfy and the restaurant had delicious and affordable food. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

It would have been nice if the rooms had refrigerators and safes for our documents, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. some of the amenities were a bit too simple, such as a lack of hair dryers or additional hooks in the restroom.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the restaurant had great food at affordable prices. The staff, especially Irving the waiter, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Some employees also spoke a bit of English, which was helpful.

The location is very helpful and safe, as it is conveniently situated between the historical center and the boca del rio. The staff was very helpful and understanding, and they moved us to another room because of the noise. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were also impressive, with air conditioning, a dressing area, and even garden furniture. We appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and outdoor dining area. we highly recommend this venue!

The hotel had a nice pool area and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was also great as it was just a short taxi ride away from the Old Town, or a 40 minute walk. Additionally, there was a cafe nearby with great food and coffee.

The check-in process wasn't smooth as one staff member seemed upset and annoyed at the beginning. Also, one room's air conditioning did not work properly, and there were no iron machines available at the front desk.

Room was perfect, very clean, spacious, lovely pool area. Convenient location to Old Town, either by taxi or walk.
